I respectfully request your urgent help regarding my blocked INR withdrawal of ₹43,265 on Stake.
Stake has mentioned that INR transactions are disabled for my account due to “third-party payment provider restrictions” and also referred to Terms & Conditions (points 9 and 9.2), which talk about chargebacks, payment reversals, or denials.
👉 Let me clearly state:
I have only used the cashout feature during betting, which is an official feature provided by Stake itself.
I have followed all rules and deposited/played fairly
If I have violated any term or caused any loss, then I request Stake to provide a clear and public explanation with proof of:
1. What exactly I did wrong,
2. When it happened,
3. And how it violated their rules.
Otherwise, keeping my funds blocked without reason is unethical and unfair.
Also, my friends are still able to withdraw using INR, which means this is not a general payment issue, but targeted only to my account — with no proper explanation given.
I’m in urgent need of these funds, and I request you to kindly help me get justice, as I’ve done nothing wrong

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino India management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Please help me with this issue. I request you to kindly share the proof that it was me or my account that raised the chargeback. I have patiently cooperated and provided all the required documents.
All I am asking is for your assistance in helping me withdraw my funds. If needed, I am open to withdrawing in crypto as well. I request your urgent support in resolving this matter.
