Hello,
I tried to deposit 15000 INR in my stake account.
The transaction done via UPI was successful but the money was not credited to my stake account. Transaction was showing to be 'pending'.
An enquiry was raised after 24 hours which still shows 'reviewing' after 10 days have passed. The transaction now shows 'failed'. There has been no update from the stake team and their email services have been discontinued.
It is a huge amount for me.
Any help in resolution would be appreciated.
