My account has 6k in it and now I can't able to withdraw them.I have submitted all required documents for Level 2 verification, but my verification has been repeatedly rejected without a clear explanation. I have carefully reviewed the documents, and I believe they meet all the necessary requirements.
Currently, I have funds in my Stake account which I am unable to access due to this verification issue. Since I have been unable to complete the verification despite providing accurate information, I kindly request a refund of the balance in my account.
Please let me know the steps I need to follow to either:
1. Resolve the verification issue, or
2. Receive a refund of the funds currently in my account.
