False Accusations of Incorrect Bank Details
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing this with great distress and hope for your intervention. I am a verified user of Stake.com (Username: Zam04). I am currently facing a nightmare where Stake is withholding my funds totaling ₹99,499 and subjecting me to extreme mental harassment.
The Details of the Transactions (Date: 16/01/2026):
Transaction ID: 3225406536 | Amount: ₹49,999.00 | Provided UTR: 336596270166
Transaction ID: 3225417443 | Amount: ₹49,500.00 | Provided UTR: 601692356519
The Core Issues:
False Claims: For Transaction ID 3225406536, Stake support is falsely claiming that I entered the wrong bank details. However, the Withdrawal Receipt provided by Stake itself shows my correct bank information. I have been using these same details for over a year without any issues.
Invalid UTRs: I personally visited my bank branches to verify the UTRs mentioned above. My bank has officially confirmed that no such funds have entered their system and these transactions were never completed by the sender's bank.
Proof Ignored: I have provided Stake with my official bank statements showing zero credit, but they continue to ignore the evidence and send me scripted, automated replies.
Refusal of Transparency: When I requested an official 'Bank-Stamped Outward Remittance Advice,' Stake flatly refused to provide any proof that the money actually left their bank account.
Mental Harassment:
This situation has caused me immense mental torture and financial stress. I am being ignored by their support team, who simply tell me to 'refer to previous messages' which offer no solution.
My Request to AskGamblers:
I beg the AskGamblers team to please look into this case. Stake is holding my hard-earned money and refusing to take responsibility for their failing payment provider.
I request a full refund of ₹99,499 to my Stake Vault or a manual payout via Crypto.
I also request the team to consider the mental agony I have faced due to their deceptive support practices.
I am attaching the withdrawal receipts (showing correct details), my bank statement, and the chat transcripts where they refused to provide proof.
