Hello all! I had deposited twice using upi on stake amounting to rs.46999 each on 02/07/2025 at 05:59 pm and 06:00 pm respectively. So the total amount stands at rs. 93998.
Despite waiting for 7 banking days to be over as mentioned in the terms and conditions I didnt get the refund as of now. Also, I had filled out the deposit escalation forms numerous times and reached out to stake executives but to no avail. I was just asked to wait and told that they have no control over it as its handled by payment providers.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino India management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
The disputed transaction was remitted to an alternative recipient, and there was no fault in the casino's actions. The AskGamblers Complaint Team strongly advises you to contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team decided to reject the case.
We would like to reiterate the information previously provided. The proof of payment submitted by the player pertains to a completed transaction from another account.
As this investigation was conducted by a third-party provider, and in accordance with our confidentiality and privacy policies, we are not in a position to disclose any information related to other accounts.
We would like to emphasize once again that the player is more than welcome to submit the correct proof of payment corresponding to the two transactions in question. Upon receipt of the appropriate documentation, we will be able to escalate the case further.

* please note that both the transactions were carried out on 02/07/2025 and although successfully paid through my upi wallet, they were not credited to my stake wallet nor refunded.
• Thirdly, I was contacted by the support team through mail and was denied a refund as I have already mentioned and clarified in my previous posts.
Thus, I request you to kindly look into this and initiate a refund as soon as possible because its been more than 20 days that I have not received any satisfactory response or cooperation regarding the issue.
