I deposited ₹39,999/- on Stake on 22/04/2025.
The money was debited from my bank account, but the transaction started showing a Pending status.
Today, after 5 days, the transaction automatically failed. No refund was issued to me by Stake.
Email support has been discontinued by Stake, and Live Support chat only gives automated responses, and no real person is available. I have filled out the form in the Live Support section, but no response from there as well.
How do I get my money either credited to my Stake account or get it refunded? Please help.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino India management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
The disputed transaction was remitted to an alternative recipient, and there was no fault in the casino's actions. The AskGamblers Complaint Team strongly advises you to contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team decided to reject the case.
@AskGamblers i request you to kindly ask @StakeCasinoIndia to give me in writing an email, mentioning the UPI VPA, UPI reference number, date of transaction and amount, clearly stating that their provider has not received any such payment, so i can go to my bank and look into further action.
StakeCasino is trying to manipulate me not giving me in writing the details for the transaction. They just mention we have not received funds. My bank doesn’t know what funds are you guys talking about, so kindly give the above mentioned detail in email.

As previously communicated by our payments team via email, we confirmed that our payment provider has not received the funds. We kindly reiterate that you should contact your bank to lodge an official complaint regarding the funds.
Unfortunately, we do not have any record of this transaction reaching our payment provider, which means we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.

I have not yet received any refund from Stake, neither were my funds refunded. I request you to kindly check with the team and give me a refund.
I also request @AskGamblers to kindly intervene and help me get my funds back. It has been a whole month today and my funds are nowhere to be seen.
