My account on Stake.com (username: < sent to the casino >) was suddenly disabled, and I received a message saying I had breached the Terms of Service. However, I was never told exactly which rule I broke, even after multiple emails and live chat attempts.
I had 3365 USDT in my balance at the time of the ban. I also offered to verify my identity and cooperate fully, but Stake refused to provide any details or release my funds.
I am a genuine user and respectfully request that Stake.com either allow me to withdraw my funds or provide a clear reason for the permanent ban.
I am ready to provide any documentation if needed. Please help me resolve this matter.
