As attached the proof of deposits. My two deposits 48994 Rs and 3900 Rs got pending and failed but not credited in my stake account
Stake deposits not credited even though transactions were successful from my side and amount debited from my bank account. Please help me @Askgamblers and @Stake Casino India

Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
Following up on our previous communication, we would like to clarify the timeline regarding your failed transaction. As mentioned earlier, our payment provider confirmed that the funds for transaction ID ******9915 were never received on their end, which means the payment did not enter their system and could not be processed.
Please note that the 7 business day timeframe applies from the moment the transaction is officially marked as failed by the provider, not from the date you initially attempted it. Since the provider was unable to locate the funds, this review period has not yet been fully completed.
As soon as the 7 business days have passed, your bank will be in the best position to trace the funds or initiate any necessary action. We kindly reiterate that only your bank can determine the path of the payment, as the money never reached the payment processor or Stake.

Already Have contacted with bank they said the transaction successfully processed to the merchant account as shared the proof earlier. Please double check it one more time and process refund ASAP.
