Deposited money neither got into my Stake wallet nor back to my bank account
1) I made the deposit of INR 49,998.98 at 11.21 pm IST, 9th March 2025.
2) My deposit in INR failed in stake at 11:36 pm, 15th March 2025.
3) I have contacted Stake daily since then, but they said in the last conversation that funds have not reached them.
4) Then I went to check with my bank, but my bank clearly said that the money was credited into the Stake upi account.
5) I referred the same to the Stake team, They told me to contact [email protected]. I did, but they are not responding at all.
6) It's been more than 18 days since I made my deposit, still not received my money back.

The disputed transaction was never credited to the casino or their payment provider, and there was no fault in the casino's actions. The AskGamblers Complaint Team strongly advises you to contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team decided to reject the case

After 3 months of vigorous mails , and chats with stake.
I suggest every Indian ,Not to play stake ever .
They give your money when it's low .
But things get serious when stakes are higher.
They looted my 50 thousand rupees deposit.
Even the stake bank has confirmed that money has credited into their account.
If it happened to me, it will happend to you as well, just quit this ugly platform.
I trusted them a lot and played a lot.
But they broke my trust, They wasted my time, They looted my money.
I have lost this money. I had enough mailing stake with all accurate and details proofs.
Even went to their bank in person .
Disgusting behavior
Fake support
Scammer
Fraud.
May the god show them their price.
A money looted before even playing through unfair means you will lose 5000 times more than this.
