As attached the proof of deposit. My deposit got failed but not credited in my stake account

As I have already mentioned the transaction initiated date is 29th December and now when its already more than 15 days are already passed, i only received rupees 1k in stake wallet.
For rest two transactions, i did not received funds in stake wallet nor refunded in bank account.
As i already mentioned stake casino india has one of the worst customer support services so that I have decided not to play on stake casino india anymore.I will definitely search for better option.

The case related to transaction ID ******388 is still under investigation. We understand that this situation may be frustrating and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that this investigation is being conducted by a third-party payment provider and we do not have direct control over their internal processes.
Regarding the other two transactions (IDs ******483 and ******375), we would like to reiterate that we have no record of these transactions reaching our payment provider. As a result, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
To move forward, we recommend that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transactions, confirm their status, or initiate a refund request if applicable.

Without reason stake casino india asked me to wait another 5 days, it suggests that stake casino india doesn't have any strong team which identifies that payment has made and only buys time and gives excuses.
