I am reaching out to file a complaint regarding a failed deposit transaction that has remained unresolved for over a month. On April 24, 2025, at around 3:00 PM, I attempted to deposit ₹500 into my Stake account. However, the transaction is still showing as "pending", and the funds have neither been credited to my Stake account nor returned to my bank account.
Despite contacting Stake support via live chat, I was told that they have no idea when or if the funds will arrive, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of resolution and clarity has caused me inconvenience and concern.
