I deposited 2000 rupees on stake, date 19/042025, it's been 1 month, but the money has not been credited to my stake account.
The money was deducted from my bank account, but from the last 1 month in the Stake account still showing pending.
I raised so many support tickets, but they did not answer any support ticket. I'm waiting for the last month for my money, but it's still showing pending.
I have proof of that transaction.

In case your bank is unable to assist, please refer your bank to the RBI's guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department.

We would like to reiterate that the funds never reached us, and we are unable to assist further from our side. The user must lodge a formal complaint with their financial institution regarding their funds.
As previously mentioned, we cannot disclose any information about the third-party payment provider due to data privacy regulations.
Since the funds are not in our possession, we kindly request that this complaint be considered closed and rejected.
I confirmed with my bank and they can't chargeback my amount because, money is credited to stake merchant, and bank have cleared proof of that but as you can stake only replying without any proof, it's so wrong with them that I'm regular customer but they are doing this with, i showed my all proof of that transaction now it's responsibilities of stake to work on this but they are continuing denying, dear Askgamblers what should i do, i raised a complaint but stake didn't solved my problem, they are just giving excuses and ignoring my complaint, they have to ask there payment provider and check all details by them self if they can't send proof directly to me then they have to show all proof to Askgamblers.
