I am filing this formal complaint against Stake regarding a missing deposit of 5000 INR made on 17 jan 2026. It has been 6 days and the issue is still not resolved.
Key Points
Transaction Details: The payment of 5000 INR was successful from my side via PhonePe to their merchant UTR 743111239523
No Response on Live Chat: I have tried contacting Stake support multiple times on live chat but I am constantly ignored or left waiting for a teammate for hours without any human response
Trustpilot Issue: Stake replied to my Trustpilot review claiming they would contact me directly
Verification Submitted: I have already provided the additional information they requested via the Trustpilot verification form but they are still silent
I request AskGamblers to intervene and help me

As communicated by our support team multiple times, the payment provider has investigated the Transaction ID 322****245 and concluded that the funds have not been received. As we do not have any record of this transaction reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
In order to resolve this, we advise that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transaction and provide information on its status or initiate a refund request, if appropriate.
In case your bank is unable to assist, please refer the bank to the RBI's guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department.

no refund in my back I already ask them they are saying its will be not refunded buz money is sussesfully transferred in your merchant account I can provide you bank statement if you want I can give you every proof sorry to say but your Indian merchant doing this with everyone it’s a true and I have one question why are given inr deposit options buz there are 99% deposit pending and money not reached to stake in all this your merchant doing scam I can prove you that your merchant scam Indian people please stake help us we come here buz we trust you other ways there 10000 cosino but we here buz we trust you I am very old on stake please help me its more then 9 days by deposit still pending
