I am paying amount of 8000 rupees to stake on 02-04-2025 but after 5 days still this amount not to be added in my Stake gaming account or not to be returned to be my bank account. I am complaining so much time and chat with stake app team they say amount send immediately but after 5 days amount not to be added. Please help me for adding my money.its very difficult to me accept the things please help and adding my money to the my stake. I am complaining but every time the want to take screenshot of transaction and I am sending everytime but still no one help me .it's very harrasment for me please help.

However, if we have misunderstood the situation, we would like to kindly ask the complainant to provide us with their Stake transaction ID. This information can be found by navigating to your account, then to 'Transactions,' 'Deposits,' and 'Local Currency': https://stake.com/transactions/deposits/banking.
Once we have this information, we will be able to address their inquiry.
