I am filing this formal complaint against Stake regarding a missing deposit of 5000 INR made on 16 May 2025. It has been 8 months and the issue is still not resolved.
Key Points
Transaction Details: The payment of 5000 INR was successful from my side via PhonePe to their merchant UTR 671046387584
No Response on Live Chat: I have tried contacting Stake support multiple times on live chat but I am constantly ignored or left waiting for a teammate for hours without any human response
Trustpilot Issue: Stake replied to my Trustpilot review claiming they would contact me directly
No Communication: I have checked all my email folders Inbox and Spam and have received NO communication from them
Verification Submitted: I have already provided the additional information they requested via the Trustpilot verification form but they are still silent

"Dear Stake Team,
I note your response stating that transactions 2686359770 and 2686365812 were 'unsuccessful'.
However, since the money has been debited from the sender's bank account and your own provider's dashboard (F2PAY) shows a 'Double Entry' for the same UTR, I demand that you provide a redacted copy of your Merchant Settlement Statement for the dates 16th and 17th May 2025.
A simple text response is not enough when there is clear evidence of a technical glitch ('Double Entry') on your side. Please provide the official settlement report or a failure certificate from your payment gateway so I can present it to the bank for a reversal. Without an official document from your end, the bank cannot process the RBI-mandated reversal you mentioned

Thank you for sharing this information.

As you are already aware, both transactions have been thoroughly reviewed and investigated by our Support and Payments teams. Unfortunately, as also noted in your publication, both transactions were unsuccessful and the funds were never received by our platform.

If you have not yet received a refund, we kindly advise that you contact your bank directly to request a reversal of the transactions. Should your bank be unable to assist, please refer them to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, so the matter may be escalated to the appropriate department.

As the funds were not received by us, the investigations related to both transactions have been concluded and we are unable to take further action on this matter.

Withdrawal of 19080 not received

Hi, I have withdrawn 19080 INR on 23 July 2026. The withdrawal id is 3596588138. I have still not received the funds in my account. Please help me get back my funds. I have attached my account statement too. I have complained on their complaint portal too but I have not received an appropriate resolution.

Deposited money 20k not received

Deposit of 20,000 INR was made Transaction ID: 3593646371 and I sent payment through Upi and money was sent to payment provider but my account didn't credit. I was told to wait 24 hours after that I placed inquiry in which they say that we didn't receive any money and they told me to contact my bank for reversal. But thing is my bank says money has been sent successfully and if there is any issue its on receiving end. I can provide all details of transaction like UTR, bank statement. Stake isn't helping they again and again say only one thing to get reversal from your bank. Password for Bank Statement is 3441000100057357.

Money debited from account but not credited in Stake Account

On 21st July,2026 at approximately 1.27 PM, I deposited ₹20000 to my Stake account via UPI/Paytm.

- The transaction was confirmed successful on Paytm/my bank, with UTR number [620237674083].

- When I entered this UTR number on Stake's platform to verify the deposit, it showed "Payment Verified Successfully."

- Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my Stake account balance.

I am attaching the following evidence:

Since the payment has been independently confirmed as successful by my bank/Paytm and verified by Stake's own system, I am requesting that AskGamblers help facilitate either:

1. Crediting the missing amount to my Stake account, or

2. A full refund to my original payment method

I made a withdrawal of 12,212/-INR ON 16/07/2026
but after your fees deduction originally i expect to recieved INR 11601/-INR instead of this amount i recieved only 1160/- INR please check and transfer my pending amount this is totally not good

Withdrawal amount not received in my bank

Dear Sir,

My Stake username is rajroshan316.

22 days ago, I placed a withdrawal of 6080 INR ID- 3547754387

and 5035 INR ID - 3547570749

Till now, they have not sent my withdrawal; they have always sent me the UTR of both payments, which have not come into my account.

I asked their support center, and they are not helping me, replying the same message again and again.

I sent an email to their payment team, but they are also not helping me. I am tired of live support and sending mail to them.

My humble request to you, sir, is to kindly look into this matter and help me to resolve it, please. I also sent them all the required details and my bank statement, but they are still not resolving my case.

My withdrawal transaction id is 3570746232. Withdrawal was made on 8th july. In stake support i was provided UTR number and receipt of transaction but payment hasn't reflected in my account. UTR number can be tracked by sender's bank account, not by me or my bank account.
I can insure that I haven't received payment. I am attaching my bank statement for your reference. I am also attaching receipt provided to me in stake support. I am also providing screenshot of stake withdrawal page so you can see other withdrawal being received in bank statement.
Please look into it this issue and solve the issue as soon as possible.

Request for Assistance Regarding Pending Deposit Transactions

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding two deposit transactions made to my Stake account. The payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but the funds have not been credited to my Stake balance.

I have already contacted Stake Support and provided the necessary information, but the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in reviewing this case and helping me reach a fair resolution.

Deposit not received

I have deposited 500 ruppes into stake and the deposit is still not been credited and they are saying that we did not receive the payment,the third party vendor is scamming stake and people depositing money, moreover it is stake's problem by trusting this scam third party vendor for INR deposits, please refund the money or add the INR in my stake account < sent to the casino >

Withdrawal not received since 5 days and no customer support

Iam filing this complaint against Stake Sportsbook regarding my INR withdrawal, which has still not been credited to my bank account despite more than 3 days having passed since I requested the withdrawal.
I have contacted Stake’s customer support multiple times through live chat and other available channels, but I have received only automated responses or no meaningful assistance. No clear explanation has been provided for the delay, nor has any expected resolution time been communicated.
This is completely unacceptable, as the funds have been deducted from my Stake account but have not reached my bank account. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and the prompt release of my funds. If the withdrawal has failed, the amount should be refunded to my Stake account without further delay.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate it further with the relevant consumer protection and regulatory authorities.

My amount Is basically locked

⚠️ My experience with Stake support.

I initiated an INR withdrawal, which remained pending for approximately 28 days.

After the investigation, instead of completing the withdrawal, the funds were returned to my Stake account as INR.

The issue is that my account is already in Banking Disabled mode, meaning I cannot withdraw INR.

I contacted support and requested one of the following:

* Enable a one-time INR withdrawal, or

* Convert the returned INR balance to USDT so I could withdraw via crypto.

However, I was informed that they cannot enable INR withdrawals and also cannot convert the balance to cryptocurrency.

They know that my INR is blocked, then why the hell did they return my money In inr in my Stake wallet instead of crypto to simply just LOCK My money

As a result, my funds remain in my account, but I currently have no practical way to access them.

I hope Stake reviews this case and provides a fair solution because customers should not be left with funds that are effectively inaccessible.

If anyone from the Stake team can assist or escalate this matter, I would appreciate your help.
