Hello Ask gambler team
This is third time in a month I am facing an issue of money not being deposited to my stake account after being debited from my bank.
This time it's a 3200inr deposit.
They cancelled my order even after an active enquiry by them. The enquiry never finished yet they cancelled my deposit.
Money is long debited and I have shared all proofs with them. Attaching below all proofs and deposit details

Note that the amount is automatically calculated in the payment page when we scan the QR in stake deposit page so we dont make it 3199.99inr stake
I am done with constant deposit issues at this casino.

Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
Regarding your reported deposit transaction (ID 337****395), we have checked this with the relevant payment provider, and we can confirm that the funds were not received.
As previously communicated, and given that you have already been in contact with your bank, the next step would be to proceed with a formal refund or reversal request through your financial institution if the funds have not yet been returned.
Additionally, as these transactions are subject to local banking regulations in India, we advise you to refer your bank to the applicable RBI guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department for further investigation.

As communicated via your escalation ticket, the payment provider has completed their review of transaction ID 337****395 and confirmed that the transaction was not successfully processed. As we do not have any record of this transaction reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
We kindly ask you to follow up directly with your bank and request a detailed update on the status of the transaction, including whether the amount has already been reversed or is still pending.
If further assistance is required, please advise your bank to proceed in line with the applicable RBI guidelines and escalate the matter to the appropriate department.
