Deposit not credited in Stake account
Dear AskGamblers and Stake Support Team,
I am writing to inform you that I made a deposit to my Stake account, but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. the amount is 526 rupees.
Below are the details of the transaction:

Time of Deposit: 2:33 p.m
Amount Deposited: 526 INR
Payment Method: UPI
UTR / Reference Number: 606214882430
The amount has already been deducted from my bank account, but it has not appeared in my Stake balance. I kindly request you to check the transaction and credit the amount to my account as soon as possible.I did raise an enquiry regarding this and Stake is claiming they haven't received the funds but after speaking to my bank, the bank has confirmed that the funds have left my account. I provided Stake with my bank statement pdf and screenshots showing the money has left my account and yet they somehow conveniently said that the funds did not reach them and that i should contact my bank and close the complaint without any clarification. Very poor customer service as well they do not seem to respond to my queries at all. Stake has always had a good reputation for having a very high respect for its playerbase and it is very sad to see I'm being treated this way. I hope you do get back to me and either reverse the money back to my account or credit the money in my Stake balance.
