Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
As previously communicated, following the review carried out with the relevant payment provider, the funds were not received on our end.
As such, this matter must be addressed directly with your bank. We kindly ask you to request that your bank investigates the transaction and proceeds in accordance with the applicable RBI guidelines, including escalating the case to the appropriate department if necessary.
