I deposited Rs18000 on 20/3/2025 at 4:20 PM IST. After 2 days my transaction status was shown as failed and I complained about it to stake team about that but till now I did not got any solution. Every time I contact them they always give me computer reply like we understand your problem kindly have patience. And even does not provide me any time frame for my query.
Now i am writing this in a hope, that through this i will get my money back soon.
I am sharing screenshot of transaction details. And my stake transaction id was 2543542768. It's been now more than 11 days.
I hope I will get solution here. Please give me solution as soon as possible or give me time frame within how much my issue will solve.
