I am filing this official complaint against Stake Casino regarding a severe delay in my withdrawal request, which has been pending since 16th May 2026.

I am an Affiliate Partner for Stake and have actively promoted their platform, bringing in multiple players and revenue. However, my own legitimate payout is being withheld without any valid justification.

Two weeks ago, Stake Support requested additional verification documents, including my personal bank statements. I fully cooperated and submitted all clean, authentic proofs immediately. There is absolutely nothing pending or unverified from my side.

Despite this, my funds have been stuck for over 14 days. Whenever I contact their Live Chat, they tell me to check my email. Whenever I email them, I receive generic, automated responses asking me to 'patiently wait' due to 'INR payment provider reviews.' Fourteen days is an completely unacceptable timeframe for an intermediary payment check, especially when I am facing a real-life financial emergency.

Furthermore, when I posted my honest experience on Trustpilot, Stake reported and got my review removed to suppress this issue.

Since they refuse to provide a concrete timeline or transparent update through their direct channels, I am forced to bring this matter to AskGamblers. I request Stake Management to escalate this ticket to their Senior Finance/Compliance Head, clear the intermediary hold, and release my funds immediately. I have attached screenshots of the pending transaction, my submitted documents, and their repetitive support responses as proof."

I am providing further evidence to support my claim. Attached are the screenshots showing that my account is blocked and I am unable to place any bets or access my services. I have also attached my previous communication with Stake, which shows that they have completely stopped responding to my emails and support requests despite my attempts to resolve this.
I have already submitted official proof from Capital Small Finance Bank confirming that the transaction with UTR 613612461834 was never received.
Given that I have provided banking proof, I request you to ask Stake to provide their own bank transaction statement for this UTR as well. If they are claiming payment, they must be able to prove the deduction from their end. My account has been unfairly blocked, and I, as an affiliate, deserve a fair resolution.
I am willing to facilitate a direct conversation between you and my bank manager to verify these facts. I look forward to your support in resolving this."

I have received an official response from my bank (Capital Small Finance Bank) regarding the disputed transaction of ₹2,565 (UTR: 613612461834).
The bank has formally confirmed in screenshot that no such transaction has been credited to my account number 175205000538 and that their records show no incoming funds against this UTR.
This proves that the funds were never received by me. I request you to escalate this matter with Stake and ensure that my funds are returned immediately, as the transaction clearly did not go through to my bank account.

I would like to update you on the current situation. Not only have I not received my withdrawal of ₹2,700, but Stake has now completely blocked my account, preventing me from placing any bets or accessing my services. It feels like my account was restricted simply because I am rightfully demanding my pending funds. Furthermore, Stake has stopped responding to my messages and emails.
I want to confirm that I have already sent a formal request to my bank to verify that the transaction (UTR: 613612461834) was never received in my account. I am attaching the proof of my email to the bank here, and I expect their official reply within the next 24 hours, which I will share with you immediately.

Complaint Details

I am submitting this complaint again under the correct casino name (Stake Casino India) as my previous complaint was rejected due to incorrect selection.


I am facing an unresolved withdrawal issue of 20,187 initiated on 11th May (Transaction ID 3463972891) which has still not been credited to my bank account.


My bank (SBI) has clearly confirmed that no such transaction has been received. Despite multiple follow-ups, Stake has failed to provide a valid UTR/reference number that would allow the bank to trace the transaction.


Instead of addressing the missing payment, their support team keeps repeating the same template responses regarding bank statement requirements. However, SBI statements are always password-protected by default, and removing the password results in the document being considered edited, which they also reject.


This creates an impossible situation where I am unable to provide a document that meets their criteria.


I have also offered to provide a signed and stamped bank statement from the branch to ensure authenticity, but this has not been properly acknowledged.


I have fully cooperated with all requests, yet my issue remains unresolved.


I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter by ensuring that Stake either


1. Provides a valid UTR reference number for the transaction, OR

2. Re processes the withdrawal amount immediately

I am filing a complaint against Stake regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account despite being successfully debited from my bank account.

Deposit Details:

- Amount: 20,000 INR

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account (₹19,999.88 processed via UPI), and the transaction was completed at 09:20 PM. However, the deposit is still not credited to my Stake account and remains in "pending" status.

It has now been more than 28 days, standard processing time for deposits is usually a few hours to a maximum of 3 days.

Platform Discrepancy Issue:
While making the deposit, there is a clear mismatch in the amount processed and displayed:

- Intended deposit: ₹20,000
- Processed amount: ₹19,999.88

This indicates a possible issue with Stake’s payment system or their Indian payment provider, which may be causing such delays and discrepancies.

Support Response:
I have sent multiple emails and raised an escalation on 4th April 2026 at 09:22 PM. However, I have not received any proper resolution.

The only response I receive is that the issue is with their third-party payment provider and that I should keep waiting. No proper timeline or resolution has been provided.

This is unacceptable because:

- The funds have already been debited from my bank account
- The deposit is still not credited after 28+ days
- Stake continues to delay resolution by shifting responsibility to a third-party provider
- There is a visible discrepancy in transaction amount

Stucked withdrawal from stake
I am writing this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue from Stake that has been unresolved for more than 10 days.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹24,107.53, and the transaction was marked as “successful” by the platform. I was also provided with a payment voucher and a UTR number as proof of the transaction. However, despite the status showing completed, I have not received the funds in my bank account to this day.

I contacted my bank, ICICI Bank, and provided them with the UTR number for verification. The bank clearly informed me that they are unable to trace any such transaction in their system. This confirms that the funds have not reached the banking network and were never credited to my account.

I have already submitted all required documents to Stake, including my official bank statement in PDF format showing my account details and transaction history. Their support team initially requested documents, and after submission, my case was forwarded to their finance team for review.

However, after waiting for several days, I received a response stating that the withdrawal was completed successfully, which directly contradicts the confirmation from my bank. I have since replied to them requesting proper proof of transaction or a reversal of funds, but I have not received any response.

This situation is extremely frustrating, as I have been waiting for my own funds for over 10 days with no resolution. I request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and assist in resolving this issue.

I kindly request Stake to either provide verifiable proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account or immediately reverse the amount back to my Stake account.
