I am writing to raise a concern regarding a deposit of ₹500 that has not been credited to my Stake account.
On 14 march 2026, I made a payment of ₹500 through UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account; however, it has not been reflected in my Stake account balance.
Transaction details are as follows:
Amount: ₹500
Date: 14.03.2026
Transaction ID: 398914207645
Payment Method: UPI
I kindly request you to look into this issue and either credit the amount to my Stake account or initiate a refund at the earliest.
Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side. I have attached the payment proof for your reference.
