Complaint Regarding Missing Deposit
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deposit of ₹3,000 that I made to my Stake account which has not yet been credited. Despite the transaction being completed from my side, the amount has still not appeared in my account balance, and the transaction status continues to remain pending.
According to the transaction details, the payment was made using UPI on 12 March 2026 at 8:15 PM. The Transaction ID is 3342411189, and the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number is 963656149677. This payment was intended as a deposit into my Stake account, but the funds have not been reflected in my account wallet.
After noticing the issue, I raised an enquiry through the platform. The system shows that the Enquiry ID is jMDrUXUkb2KP5zb7, which was created on 14 March 2026 at 5:10 PM. The enquiry status currently shows “Reviewing”, indicating that the matter is under investigation. However, it has already been some time since the transaction was made, and the funds are still missing from my account.
This delay is causing inconvenience as the amount has already been debited from my bank account. Since the UPI transaction was successful and the UTR number confirms the payment, I kindly request that the support team verify the transaction details and credit the deposited amount of ₹3,000 to my Stake account as soon as possible.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. If any additional information or proof of payment is required, I am willing to provide it immediately. Please investigate the transaction using the details mentioned above and update me on the status of the deposit at the earliest.
