Complaint against stake bonus not credited after fulfilling all requirements
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I would like to file a complaint against Stake regarding a promotional bonus that was not credited to my account despite fulfilling all the required conditions.
I received the following promotional offer:
“Deposit and wager ₹1750 to receive a ₹400 crypto bonus.
Deposit and wager within the next 3 days.
Deposit in cryptocurrency equivalent only.
Your bonus will be credited within 48 hours.
This promotion does not include bets placed on Stake Poker.
The bonus can be claimed in cryptocurrency only.”
I completed the deposit in cryptocurrency as required and wagered ₹1750 within the given 3-day period. I also ensured that none of my bets were placed on Stake Poker, in full compliance with the promotion terms.
However, even after 48 hours, the ₹400 crypto bonus was not credited to my account. I contacted their support team, but the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in reviewing this matter and help ensure that the bonus is credited as promised, since I fully complied with all the stated requirements.
I am ready to provide deposit proof, wager history, and any additional information required for investigation.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino India management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
As previously communicated by our Support team, we have reviewed your account and determined that you are not eligible for this promotion.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing. However, our decision was made following a thorough review of your account activity and strictly in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, specifically Clauses 12.7, 12.9 and 12.11.
