Banking disabled
Dear Team,
I am writing to request assistance with my Stake account, as my INR Banking Mode has been disabled. Because of this, I am unable to deposit or withdraw using my INR balance.
I have an account on stake. Stake has blocked my INR withdrawal of Rs.9823.28. I cannot deposit or withdraw funds using INR. I have contacted their chat, but they keep telling me that the INR withdrawal method has been disabled by a third party payment provider and tell me to use crypto but what about my INR funds which I have earned.
I just can't leave them on the site. The INR withdrawal works for all my friends who use stake. I have even asked the Indian people of the stake chatroom and they said INR withdrawal works for them.
Let me clearly state:
I have never made any chargebacks or payment reversals.
I have only used the cashout feature during betting, which is an official feature provided by Stake itself.
None of my payments were denied or refunded — I have followed all rules and deposited/played fairly.
If I have violated any term or caused any loss, then I request Stake to provide a clear and public explanation with proof of:
What exactly did I do wrong?
When did it happen?
And how it violated their rules?
Otherwise, keeping my funds blocked without reason is unethical and unfair.
