I am writing to report a payment issue related to a recent transaction made to Stake.
On 03 June 2025 at 06:39 PM, I made a payment of ₹1,051.58 using PhonePe UPI to the following recipient:
Paid to: RIYANSHI LADIES CORNER
UPI ID: riyan79927756@barodampay
Transaction ID: T2506031839498630272170
UTR: 472948404739
Debited From: Mohit (linked to Yes Bank via PhonePe)
The transaction was marked successful, and the amount has been debited from my bank account. However, the same amount has not yet been credited to my Stake account.
Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. I have attached the transaction screenshot for your reference.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino India management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
The disputed transaction was remitted to an alternative recipient, and there was no fault in the casino's actions. The AskGamblers Complaint Team strongly advises you to contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team decided to reject the case.

The payment provider has investigated the Transaction ID 2731094460 and concluded that the funds have not been received. This suggests that the transaction may not have been fully processed by your bank. As we do not have any record of this transaction reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
In order to resolve this, we advise that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transaction and provide information on its status or initiate a refund request, if appropriate.
