I am writing to seek assistance regarding my account, as I am currently unable to withdraw my balance of ₹28,699.81.
When attempting to use the withdrawal feature for local currency, I received a notification stating: "Your account has been placed in banking disabled mode."
Could you please help me to withdraw my funds and what steps are required to re-enable local currency withdrawals? If there is any additional verification or documentation needed from my side to resolve this, please let me know.
I would appreciate a review of my account status so I can manage my funds effectively.
