20000 INR deposit not credited after 28 days payment debited and still pending
I am filing a complaint against Stake regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account despite being successfully debited from my bank account.
Deposit Details:
- Amount: 20,000 INR
- Date: 3rd April 2026
- Time: 09: 19PM
- UTR: 699940471339
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account (₹19,999.88 processed via UPI), and the transaction was completed at 09:20 PM. However, the deposit is still not credited to my Stake account and remains in "pending" status.
It has now been more than 28 days, standard processing time for deposits is usually a few hours to a maximum of 3 days.
Platform Discrepancy Issue:
While making the deposit, there is a clear mismatch in the amount processed and displayed:
- Intended deposit: ₹20,000
- Processed amount: ₹19,999.88
This indicates a possible issue with Stake’s payment system or their Indian payment provider, which may be causing such delays and discrepancies.
Support Response:
I have sent multiple emails and raised an escalation on 4th April 2026 at 09:22 PM. However, I have not received any proper resolution.
The only response I receive is that the issue is with their third-party payment provider and that I should keep waiting. No proper timeline or resolution has been provided.
This is unacceptable because:
- The funds have already been debited from my bank account
- The deposit is still not credited after 28+ days
- Stake continues to delay resolution by shifting responsibility to a third-party provider
- There is a visible discrepancy in transaction amount
