Hello Ask gambler team
I am facing an issue of money not being deposited to my stake account after being debited from my bank.
There are two deposit of rs 2,500 and rs 2,900
They cancelled one my order even after an active enquiry by them (of rs 2,500) . The enquiry never finished yet they cancelled my deposit.
The second one is pending state of 2900
Money is long debited and I have shared all proofs with them. Attaching below all proofs and deposit details

Note that the amount is automatically calculated in the payment page when we scan the QR in stake deposit page so we dont make it 2,500 and 2899.61 inr respectively
Even after constant touch with customer support they are not able to give any satisfactory response

Following the investigation carried out by the payment provider, both transactions you referenced (ID 338***112 and 339***618) were reviewed, and it was confirmed that they were not successfully processed.
As there is no record of these transactions being completed on our side, we are unable to take further action regarding them.
To move forward, we recommend that you contact your bank directly so they can trace the transactions and confirm their current status. Where applicable, they will also be able to initiate a refund or reversal.
If your bank requires further guidance, we suggest referring them to the relevant RBI guidelines so the case can be escalated to the appropriate department.

The same thing happend in the month of February and I lost 20,000 rs but this time I am not letting it go easily
