I have 45k inr in my stake account but I cannot withdraw it . All of a sudden it says you cannot use this and to contact support and I have mailed them a lot of times but they won't convert that into cryto or won't even let me withdraw the remaining amount in my vault in stake. I have all the proofs that I have mailed and they are denying it and yet I'm stuck with money in my stake account 😔.

To clarify, the user's account has restrictions imposed by the third-party payment provider, not directly by Stake. These restrictions resulted from a chargeback initiated by the complainant.

To attempt to resolve this, the user needs to cancel the chargeback and provide us with proof of cancellation. We can then escalate the matter to the payment provider and explore the possibility of enabling withdrawal for the remaining balance.

It's important to reiterate that the account restrictions were not imposed by Stake, but by the third-party payment provider as a direct result of the chargeback initiated by the user.

Please explain it to me in some simple terms what does chargeback means and how did that got initiated and how can I cancel it please help me I'll do it right away 🙏🏻. I understand stake is not the one who has put the restrictions so please just help me with this once and I'll be really grateful.

How will I know when the money I have in my stake account is available to withdraw?
