Stake Casino - I deposited 10k inr in my stake account but the money never reached the account
Hey I deposited 10k inr in my stake account but the money never reached the stake account and git debited from my bank account.
I tried contacting stake support they said I will receive refund under 7 business days.
But I haven't received any refund even after 7 business days is passed.

We would like to inform you that we have contacted the user through the email registered to their account, requesting a screenshot of the proof of payment showing all transaction details for the deposit under UTR 4897692162094, which can be found on their UPI app. Unfortunately, the user has not yet provided the requested document.
Instead, they have once again submitted a transaction with the UPI ID ending in ******09284, which, as we previously mentioned, does not belong to their account.
It is important to note that without the correct receipt, we are unable to investigate this matter thoroughly.
Once we receive the correct document, we will be able to escalate the case to our Payments Team for further investigation.
