My deposit made on 28 of august has not yet been credited to my stake acc and there is no refund initiated…. I already contacted the support team and they took 10 days and haven't given any explanation regarding this… I have already made numerous mails and now after 20 days they are now telling me to contact the bank… Why haven’t they initiated the refund yet??? As I have already given them all the necessary proofs and documents they asked for… If the issue is with deposit then stake is responsible for it…. It would be really helpful if you guys could help me. Thank you.

I have contacted my bank and they responded that the fund has been transferred to specified account. So they can’t initiate refunds from their side. I had paid the money to the account as per the Stake website has requested . Now its been almost a month since I deposited. I have already experienced deposit issues with the website and received deposit after 10 days .Its not the first time . I would like to know whats the next procedure or next step for this issue .

Therefore, could you kindly provide a written confirmation from your bank stating that the funds have not been returned to your account? Can i get the statement or bank details stating that u have not received my deposit????…..u guys should have proof that u haven’t received my deposit right ?? Can u guys share me your statement on 28 of august where i could check if u guys received or not ???
