On 9th of july 3000 inr was debited from my account but amount did not show up in my stake account so I contacted support and they said to wait 7 days and its been more than 7 days I still haven't gotten my refund, and on stake website it shows transaction was failed so i hope yall pls fix this and refund my money.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you did not reply to our communication, we would like to inform you that we reached out to your account's registered email address on July 19th. In the message, we mentioned that if your bank account was debited, an automatic refund should be issued within the next seven banking days from the date of the failed transaction, excluding weekends. Please note that the seventh banking day is the latest expected date for the refund to be processed.

Therefore, we kindly requested that you contact our payment team on the eighth banking day if the refund has not been received by then. Please provide the following information to assist us in escalating the issue to our Processor Team:

Your Stake username
Stake transaction ID
A screenshot of the proof of payment with all transaction details, which you can find on your UPI app
An updated bank statement in PDF format (from the date of the charge up to the present)
Please ensure the PDF file is unlocked, as we cannot accept locked PDF files.

Its already been more than 10 days so i hope u can look into my issue and solve it and i didnt get any kind of mail from yall so kindly just refund my money to my bank account

Its been more than 14 days still didnt get any refund i alrdy gave proof to yall and now yall not refunding me , i have given my stake id transaction id utr no and upi id

It is important to note that even when a transaction is made via Google Pay, the amount is debited from a specific bank account. Therefore, we will need an updated bank statement for the bank account linked to your Google Pay and for this specific deposit. Without this document, as mentioned earlier, we are unable to escalate the issue to our Processor Team.

We also need you to provide any other information requested in our previous message. All the documentation should be sent to our Payments team, as per our email sent to you.

Regrettably, you will need to provide an updated bank statement in PDF format as previously requested. The Google Pay transaction history will not be acceptable, as the Processor Team specifically requires the formal bank statement document from the date of the charge up to the present.
