This casino is now frustrating me, my withdrawal is still pending and the casino support team doesn’t reply, first they replied saying to wait till turn around time and now they are not replying and neither the money is sent its 15200 inr pending from last week. I am trying to connect with them but no response they are just not willing to resolve the issue

I am requesting your assistance regarding an unpaid withdrawal from Stake Casino India.

I submitted a withdrawal request for INR 8,075 on 4 June 2026, but I have still not received the funds. I have contacted the casino's support multiple times and complied with all their requests, yet the issue remains unresolved.

I have exhausted all available options with the casino and possess complete evidence, including withdrawal records, transaction history, and communication with support.

I have even added screenshot response from bank saying they don't have record of the UTR provided by stake.

Also, You can see my previous withdrawal of 5700 which shows in my bank statement but not the 8075.

I am an Affiliate Partner for Stake and have actively promoted their platform, bringing in multiple players and revenue. However, my own legitimate payout is being withheld without any valid justification.

Two weeks ago, Stake Support requested additional verification documents, including my personal bank statements. I fully cooperated and submitted all clean, authentic proofs immediately. There is absolutely nothing pending or unverified from my side.

Despite this, my funds have been stuck for over 14 days. Whenever I contact their Live Chat, they tell me to check my email. Whenever I email them, I receive generic, automated responses asking me to 'patiently wait' due to 'INR payment provider reviews.' Fourteen days is an completely unacceptable timeframe for an intermediary payment check, especially when I am facing a real-life financial emergency.

Furthermore, when I posted my honest experience on Trustpilot, Stake reported and got my review removed to suppress this issue.

Since they refuse to provide a concrete timeline or transparent update through their direct channels, I am forced to bring this matter to AskGamblers. I request Stake Management to escalate this ticket to their Senior Finance/Compliance Head, clear the intermediary hold, and release my funds immediately. I am submitting this complaint again under the correct casino name (Stake Casino India) as my previous complaint was rejected due to incorrect selection.

I am facing an unresolved withdrawal issue of 20,187 initiated on 11th May (Transaction ID 3463972891) which has still not been credited to my bank account.

My bank (SBI) has clearly confirmed that no such transaction has been received. Despite multiple follow-ups, Stake has failed to provide a valid UTR/reference number that would allow the bank to trace the transaction.

Instead of addressing the missing payment, their support team keeps repeating the same template responses regarding bank statement requirements. However, SBI statements are always password-protected by default, and removing the password results in the document being considered edited, which they also reject.

This creates an impossible situation where I am unable to provide a document that meets their criteria.

I have also offered to provide a signed and stamped bank statement from the branch to ensure authenticity, but this has not been properly acknowledged.

I have fully cooperated with all requests, yet my issue remains unresolved.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter by ensuring that Stake either

1. Provides a valid UTR reference number for the transaction, OR

2. Re processes the withdrawal amount immediately

I am facing an INR withdrawal issue with Stake that is still not resolved.

Both withdrawals were made on 29 April 2026 and marked as “Successful” on Stake, but I never received the funds in my bank account.

Later, I realized that I accidentally entered my Aadhaar number instead of my bank account number while making the withdrawals.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no such transactions were received. I also checked the entered details separately, and it seems no valid bank account exists with those details. My bank told me that in such cases the funds are usually refunded back to the sender.

I already contacted Stake support and the payments team and submitted the bank statements they requested. However, several days have passed and I still have not received my balance back or any proper update regarding the reversal process.

I have never faced this type of issue on Stake before, so I genuinely do not know how long this process normally takes.

I am simply requesting that the withdrawal amounts be reversed back to my Stake account since the funds were never received in any valid bank account.

I am writing to report an issue regarding an INR withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

The withdrawal was processed on 26 April 2026 for ₹20,699.55, and I was provided with the UTR number 611698734649. As of today (3 May 2026), I have still not received the amount in my bank account.

This delay is far beyond the expected processing time. I have checked my bank account multiple times, and there is no record of this transaction being credited.

Additionally, I have tried contacting customer support several times, but I have not received any proper response. I also reached out via payments@stake (or the relevant payment support email), but there has been no reply from their side.

This lack of communication and delay in payment is very concerning. I request immediate investigation into this matter and a clear update on the status of my funds.

If the transaction has been processed, I request valid proof that can be verified with my bank. If not, I expect the amount to be reprocessed or refunded as soon as possible.

I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
