We have confirmed with our Provider that the funds in question were not received. If your bank states the deposit was successful and no refund was issued, please provide our payments team with an official written transaction confirmation.
This confirmation should include the transaction's date, time, amount, UPI reference number, and beneficiary.

I am attaching the screenshot from authentic State bank of India app where it say complaint can’t be raised for successful transaction. If you have doubt, then match the name on upi transaction screenshot and the state bank of India page
As previous communicated, we regret to inform you that the funds have not reached our payment provider. We kindly reiterate that you should contact your bank to lodge a request for the funds.
Unfortunately, we do not have any record of this transaction reaching our payment provider, which means we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
If your bank informs you that the deposit was successfully completed and no refund was made, we kindly request that you submit screenshots of an official written notice regarding the transaction from your bank.
