Stake Casino - Deposit failed but money debited more than 9 business days have passed no refund

I have deposited 10000 and 20000 INR in my stake wallet as upi payment but it fails but money is debited from my account.
I contacted stake on support+india@stake.com they reply that i will get my refund in 7 business days but its more than 9 business days haven't got a single penny from them.
Its totally frustrating you guys can't hold our money for this long.
Please help me out in this 30000 INR is big amount for me.

Sir at least reply your team told that i will get refund after 7 business days 10 business days has already crossed and 13 total days when will i get my refund i have mailed you million times also payments team you haven't reply me once this is totally unfair what you guys are doing
