I made a payment of INR 6800 on February 13, 2025, but the money was deducted from my bank account immediately and hasn’t reached my stake account. Despite waiting for an hour, which was the longest time any deposit had ever taken, the money remained unavailable. I contacted Stake through email, and they acknowledged that they don’t have the payment details since they use a third-party payment provider for INR transactions. I’ve been contacting them daily via email, but they consistently state that they have no information and will get back to me if they do.
