I am filing a complaint regarding a deposit issue with Stake. On April 2, 2025, at 6:40 PM, I deposited ₹500 into my Stake account via PhonePe. The transaction was successful on PhonePe's end, with Transaction ID T2504021840160394705015 and UTR 295903545264, debited from my bank account ending in XXXXXX0019. However, the ₹500 has not been credited to my Stake account balance and is showing as 'pending' with Stake Transaction ID 2581558242. I have contacted Stake support but received no response. I have attached a screenshot of the successful PhonePe transaction as evidence and request assistance in resolving this issue .
