Stake Casino - Amount debited from bank account but not credited to stake neither credited back to bank

I deposited 30000 INR two times but both status show it as failed, neither I received back those 60000 INR back to my account nor in my stake wallet. I tried to contact support they always have same answer that only payment provider will refund they can’t do anything.
