Hello! on April 3rd 2025, I received an email from Stake telling me that my account had been suspended. I contacted the Stake live support and they informed me that I had to complete KYC verification level 1,2,3 and 4 in order to lift my account restrictions. On April 4th 2025 I completed KYC level 2,3 and 4 and my documents was accepted my Stake. KYC level 1 was previously completed since account creation at 19th December 2024. After successfully completing every KYC step requested by Stake, the live support told me to send an email to [email protected] and that I should have an answer within 24 hours. After 24 hours without a reply, I asked the live chat again and this is when the problems started. The only response I got from live chat was that they can not help me, and kept referring to the accounts team at Stake. After 4 days, on April 8th 2025, the team in charge replied through email that their "responsible team is investigating your case at the moment, but it might take some time." At this point I am very confused since they accepted all of my documents, but won´t lift my account restriction. I replied to their email and asked how long I could expect to wait, and what the problem is since my account is still suspended. Stake replied that they are investigating my "account activity for the original concern of this issue." and that it could take months to investigate, which I feel is absolutely ridiculous considering I have complied with everything asked by Stake and since I am fully KYC verified on all levels, shouldn´t my account be working fine? I replied asking what I had done wrong and what the original issue of my account is, which I still to this day do not know. I feel like Stake is not putting any effort into resolving this or informing me about anything regarding my account. I have 5543 USDC and 5.8 Solana in my account, unable to play, bet or withdraw.
I would expect more professional communication by such a big company like Stake, but I am getting completely ignored/not getting any answers to my questions.
I will attach screenshots of my completed KYC, along with a screenshot showing my wallet is not accessible with my account balance. If any more information is required please let me know and I will provide any information necessary.

I have done 7 successful deposits on Stake ranging from ~50$ to ~931$ per deposit. As for withdrawals I have done 9 of those successfully ranging from ~8$ to 200$ per withdrawal.
Since my account is still suspended after successfully completing KYC verification, I am unable to request a withdrawal of my balance @ 5543 USDC, and @ 5.8 SOL at Stake’s website. However, when I asked to withdraw my balance via email I had the response that my account is still restricted due to an ongoing investigation, which Stake won’t enlighten me on what it’s about. Prior to my account being suspended, I never once had any issue with the platform what so ever, all deposits and withdrawals were fast and always successful.
