Hello AskGamblers,
I made a payment of 8500 on 17th July 2024 through the UPI app, Money got debited from my account and the payment status went pending in the UPI app, I contacted my bank and UPI app they said that the money was transferred to the payment provider and that they are didn't forwarded it yet to it goes in pending status.
I contacted Stake team they told me to wait for 7 days and contact them on the 8th day today is the 8th day. I talked to them they said that mail on the given email ID mailed them but they are asking me to send them the screenshot of the payment in UPI app if the payment goes in pending status which was through request. It doesn't show in history now how can I send them a screenshot although I shared my bank statement for proof with them? In that, it is clearly written that money is transferred to that particular merchant account.
Now what should I do how can I get my refund? Please help me.
