Account locked redemption not paid

They have a promo that requires you to complete 5 missions (in a certain timeframe of twenty-four hours) with different prices for each mission completed.

After you complete all 5 missions, you get a grand prize, which includes free spins on different games.

In order to win the grand prize, one of the missions requires making a purchase. On this particular promo, the required purchase was $19.99.

I completed ALL of the missions within 10 hours left over, but I didn't receive the grand prize.

I contacted the live chat group to inquire about it. The first person I made contact with claimed I didn't complete the missions. Then proceeded to close the chat. I contacted them a 2nd time, getting a different person. I explained the situation to them as well and even provided a screenshot of the purchases I made to complete the mission. The second person gave me the free spins, then closed the chat.

I proceeded to play the game, but right in the middle of me playing, I was suddenly kicked out of the game with a message that my account had been locked. I had also cashed out the night before and was told that it went through. So not only did they block my account, but they also never sent the payout from the prior redemption I made.
