Hi, my name is < name removed >

3-4 months ago I registered on the site sportsbetting.ag . I replenished my account with Bitcoin currency for $ 618 . I've been betting on sports, mostly just basketball, I really love the NBA.

After I won some money, I requested money from the account for withdrawal. They refused me right away, I called their number and I was informed that I need to pass verification (confirm my identity ). The next day I sent my documents

1.Photo ID both sides

2.Selfies with ID

3.Bank statement

I was told that processing the documents would take 48 hours at most.

Alas (it has already been 3 months, support sportsbetting.ag he says that my account is under review, and that 's what they say every da . Please help me, this is a company that holds my money for the purpose of its interests.

I didn't do anything, I didn't win large sums so that I could be checked for so long. I placed the usual bets of $ 200-400 , provided the documents as soon as they were asked, I fulfilled all the conditions .

Please help me, I write to them every day. They brazenly don 't tell me anything . They did not give any reason why they did so. This is an outrage . Help me deal with them, we need to stop them before they take money from all their clients.

I am opening this complaint, only after having tried and failed to communicate, or settle this with SportsBetting.

I opened an account on 11/10/2022, made some deposits, and played a random selection of slots they offer. I ended up on a hot streak, at one point having my balance hit around $25,000.

I ended up losing roughly $4,000 - $5,000 and submitted a payout request for $20,000 via bitcoin. This request was reviewed and denied in less then an hour, and I was told to contact their support/security by calling their number from the phone attached to the account.

This was no problem, and I quickly called and began answering questions. After a couple minutes of answering basic questions, the tone and demeanour of the agent quickly shifted. I was placed on hold for a brief amount of time and when he returned, the conversation was apparently over, as he said that he had no more questions, and to send my documentation to their support, so that I could get verified and request a withdrawal.

This entire interaction start-to-finish was between five - ten minutes. When I sat back down at my pc, I clicked to a new page, I quickly became aware that my balance was now $0.01. Assuming this must be due to the $20,000 request still being pending or something, I quickly jump right back on live support, and speak with an agent, who informs me that there is no error, my balance is now $.0.01

I am informed that I somehow spent $20,000 in the casino, while I was speaking to support to get my payment set. Since this never happened, and I know for a fact that I did not somehow manage to wipe out my entire balance, while being verified, I requested basic pieces of information, which would clearly show the mistake was not on my end, and whatever is happening, it is not coming from me.

- I requested the transaction/history log of my recent game play. This is something I believe every online casino has, especially a large name like Sportsbetting, but I am in repeatedly told that it is impossible to retrieve this data.

- This transaction log has been the only thing I requested from Sportsbetting, and for reasons unknown to me, this is virtually impossible to receive this.

- I asked how it would be possible to wager and lost around $20,000 on a slot game that has a max bet of $20 - $25. They offered no explanation, or interest in this, and told me nothing besides "you wagered and lost, we cannot provide any logs"

I have repeatedly contacted support, security, and anyone else who may have been able to help, but I received nothing but responses weeks later, telling me their team looked into it, and they can see nobody logged into my account from a different IP address, and they cannot provide any documents, nor can they help me.

I never told them I thought someone logged in to my account and lost that money, because they time frame + the amount lost would be impossible.

The session cookies provided when you login to your account, seem designed to be used not just by sportsbetting, but maybe also the providers of some of their various slot games.

Months later, I still have not received any answers, only what feels to be a cover up, or stonewalling. If I lost $20,000 in five minutes, why could the log not be provided showing how this is possible?

I deposited at Sportsbetting because of the high ranks, reviews, and posts around the internet, which seemed to offer credibility to this brand. However, I feel as though I was misguided regarding the credibility of this sportsbook.

I would like to see my betting activity for that time period, and explained why the transaction history log on my account right now is not showing the $20,000 that was removed.

I request to receive my original payout of $20,000 via bitcoin.

Unfair confiscation of big win
On the 14th of May I deposited $750 into my Sportsbetting.ag account. I was awarded a bonus. So I clicked on the bonus games tab and opened one of their slots. I lost the balance playing their slots. I then made another deposit of $750 and was awarded another bonus. This time I hit a big win. I continued playing and was taking very big risks during the rollover and they could easily have won back what I had won. Soon after I received an email telling me this email: Hello Ms. < personal info removed >, This is Rosie from Customer Support, hope you're doing well by the time this e-mail reaches you. After further review of your bonus play, the decision has been made to remove the casino bonus due to Bonus Arbitrage rule. Bonuses are for recreational players and SportsBetting.ag reserves the right to deny and/or cancel bonuses and/or winnings from said bonuses if management determines a player to be non-recreational, an arbitrage bettor, a scalper, a bonus arbitrager, or part of a syndicate - without further explanation. Professional players or players considered by us to be abusing the bonus system may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, including, but not limited to, closing your account. Bonus abuse may be defined as (but not restricted to) players requesting payouts for the purpose of re-depositing, depositing over an existing balance, or referring new accounts that they are using themselves. Sanctions may be in the form of increased rollover requirements or loss of bonus privileges altogether for the offending Account as well as any linked Accounts. We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for special offers and bonuses when necessary. Regards, Rosie < personal info removed > Customer Support Department I don’t understand this email at all. They are using the Bonus Arbitrage rule which seems to contain several vague clauses. But let's review what actually happened: I deposited and received the first bonus. I opened a bonus slot and played until the balance was at zero. So there was no active bonus or rollover left on the account. I then deposited again and received a second bonus. This time I happened to win some money. Where is the rule breach in that? Unless winning is specifically against the rules. Are people who happen to win with the bonus automatically deemed to be arbitrage bettors!? That seems mad. It looks to me like I won an amount large enough that they would prefer not to pay. I don’t know what choice I had other than to publish my experience here. I am very disappointed and surprised at how this casino is treating me. I have played within the rules, taken big risks, was enjoying the games and looking forward to continue playing there. I hope that this can be made right.
