Not received withdrawal from May

On may 26th I made a withdrawal of £162. This was approved, however I did not receive the money, I sent my bank statement to them to prove I had not received this. They said they have escalated the situation to see weather the funds have gone or if they will be sent back to them. They said this will take a few days, but it’s taken a week and I just get the same message when checking up. I haven’t received my money and id like it.

I have just received this on spinzwin online chat (see image)
Can you confirm the money will be in my account by the end of this week ( as you had previously said) as this message says they are unsure when it will land.

Still not received my money, however I am aware you’ve said it should be with me by the end of the week coming, so I will update once that has happened.
