Not received withdrawal from May

I got told once my account was verified they would speed up my matter and sipped up my withdrawals

They have not done this they have now told me I have to wait until Monday for them to be processed but I’ve waited long enough for all my withdrawals to be processed they were very u helpful and false promises I have read some bad reviews about them holding peoples winnings longer than necessary please help me as I am really scared they are not going to pay me my winning funds.
