Hi,

Hoping you can help,

I had a big win of just over 7k on Tuesday on Spinzwin Casino.

I withdrew it instantly in several different amounts and was told 1 business day to process then 1-3 to pay we are now on Sunday and I’ve had no confirmation no payment or anything

I’m worried as there are a lot of bad reviews online about them not paying out.

Below is proof that all I keep getting is a generic copy and paste

The one thing from the above reply that annoys me is how you say the matter is resolved quickly? It’s you who are not paying out the winnings? Not received withdrawal from May

On may 26th I made a withdrawal of £162. This was approved, however I did not receive the money, I sent my bank statement to them to prove I had not received this. They said they have escalated the situation to see weather the funds have gone or if they will be sent back to them. They said this will take a few days, but it’s taken a week and I just get the same message when checking up. I haven’t received my money and id like it.

I got told once my account was verified they would speed up my matter and sipped up my withdrawals

They have not done this they have now told me I have to wait until Monday for them to be processed but I’ve waited long enough for all my withdrawals to be processed they were very u helpful and false promises I have read some bad reviews about them holding peoples winnings longer than necessary please help me as I am really scared they are not going to pay me my winning funds. They told me they would push this matter and speed this up for me and as soon as my accounts been verified they would process my funds they have not done this I will also send you another picture of my verified documents on my account

Withdrawal of money is not drawn since March 14 (2 000 $).

At the appeal to support service I was told that withdrawal of money will be on March 18. Then on March 19. Today (19) told that sent my request in relevant department.

According to their rules withdrawal of money makes 3 working days. If the casino delays payment that why to deceive the player.
