i wrote and asked for self exclusion but they still lets me play

Wrote to them 2025-02-20 and told them that I had a gambling addiction and that i wanted to close my account, still I can deposit and play at their site so now i lost another 100 usd to them even though i have askes them to close and block my account.

This is unfair and they prey on weak people suffering from gambling addiction. They break the rules of their license and if i am not compensated for my lost money I will need to contact their license holder
