Payment deadline not met and withdrawal cancelled without any justification

Don't make the same mistake I did...

This casino has a valid license number and accepts French players, but it doesn't pay its players.

I registered on July 5th. That same evening, I requested a card withdrawal, and they canceled it on July 9th for no reason!

I still have 3 pending withdrawals, and nothing, nothing, nothing is happening. I'm waiting and waiting. I've sent messages to support, but they keep repeating the same thing (like a bot).

I made my last withdrawal request via SEPA on July 9th to see if the problem persists, and I still haven't heard anything.

They owe me €4,800 in total, €4,800! Guys!

If you take steps to settle my winnings, I may change my review in the future, but right now I feel robbed, even though you are a licensed casino, this is unacceptable.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

problem solved I lost everything because of them! everything!

in 2 weeks they never processed any of my withdrawal requests
and they would never have done it because they are thieves, casinos under Stellar LTD are known for that

all the positive reviews on trustpilot are fake no account is verified and the days of reviews follow each other, many users have comments on the same sites that they coincide

I also noticed that when I refresh the site and scroll to the bottom there is a red badge stating that this site is not governed by the Anjouan games but they manage to hide it

I don't understand how Askgamblers can promote this site and give them the fast payout label knowing that they don't pay their players, in 2 weeks they didn't even bother to verify my account

Moreover, this is not their first attempt because they had another platform called Spinit which had to close its doors due to the same problem.

It's July 17th, 12 days since my first withdrawal request, and still nothing!

Don't be fooled by positive reviews on trustpilot, as they are fake. Check the date they were posted (every day follows another), and no account is verified.

I don't understand how Askgamblers can give them the 'fast payout' rating.

Casino not replying to verification
I am submitting this complaint against Spinit Casino regarding €5,059 in winnings that I have been unable to withdraw.

The issue began on 20th January, when I was asked to complete account verification after requesting a withdrawal. Since then, I have fully complied with every request made by the casino.

Importantly, my liveness check was successfully completed and passed.

In addition, I have provided:

- Identification documents
- A selfie holding my ID in front of their website (as requested)
- Proof of address

As there is no option to upload certain requested documents within the verification section, I submitted the selfie via email.

Despite fulfilling all verification requirements, Spinit Casino has failed to acknowledge or process my documents. Even though the liveness check has been completed successfully, there has been no confirmation of verification, and my withdrawal remains blocked.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this by:

- Contacting support via email
- Submitting a complaint through their official complaints channel

However, I have received no meaningful response, and the issue has been ongoing with no progress since 20th January. I have attached a screenshot of my last communication with the casino. The vague reassurance that the kyc department is analysing my documents is the only information they give.

At this stage, it appears the casino is deliberately delaying or avoiding completing the verification process in order to withhold my legitimate winnings.

Resolution requested:
I am requesting that Spinit Casino:

- Properly review and acknowledge all submitted verification documents
- Confirm that my account is verified
- Immediately process my withdrawal of €5,059

I have fully complied with all requirements and expect the casino to act in good faith and release my funds without further delay.
