Can not withdraw and casino does not reply to my emails

There is some bug in casino and I can not withdraw. Withdrawal is not working for me. I asked the casino to pay me manually and provided my documents but casino stopped replying to my emails. ( See the screenshot attached. ) I don´t know why. Can you help me? There is no chat support on their page and I can not contact them.
