Won 2425 euro and got my account closed without reason

Hello,

I am writing you again, I won at this site and got my account blocked before I tried to withdraw the money/

I didnt do anything wrong, I played with a bonus, respected the rules, and wagered the requirements sum.

They sent me an email asking for one thing by one, which I provided every time.

Passport and selfie with it, after that proof of address, after that proof of deposit, after they put me to go in front of my house to make a selfie and all of these things.

AND I PROVIDED ALL OF THEM.

My problem is not the security check because I provided everything they asked for, but the fact that they just wait days and days to reply and days and days to ask for other things, which seems now that they just keep wasting the time to not give me my funds. Now I waited more than a week without any response...

I'll ask AskGamblers to help me with this situation.

Hello, they asked for a skype call

I cant do that since Im working Monday - Friday between these hours.

Please AskGamblers , help me out.
