Disabled account and confiscated winnings
I've made a deposit on Spin Fever casino and I've received a welcoming bonus. After wagering the bonus I have submitted all the documents for the verification of my account as requested on the website and also I have requested a withdrawal of my winnings in the amount of 6280 EUR. In the next day I tried to log in into my account in order to check the status of my account verification and of the withdrawal request but I received an error sayings that my account was disabled. I have immediately contacted the casino support and they have motivated that I am no longer allowed to enter the cassino or access my account and windings because my account is closed by the decision of the administration. I have requested an explication but they refused to provide a reason claiming that they are not obligated to state a reason nor give a prior notice. Kindly please help me solve this problem and regain my winnings as I haven't done anything wrong nor violated any of the casino rules.
