Dear Askgamblers and Spinanga Casino!


Facts:

- Registration date: Mon, 30 Dec 2024

- Total deposits: 647 374 HUF, from 02 Jan 2025 to 04 Jan 2025

- Made a couple of sports bets, played casino

- Never taken any bonuses

- I initiated a withdrawal on 06 Jan 2025 for 260 000 HUF (my max withdrawal limit per day according to my VIP level)


Problem:

- As of 10 Jan 2025, my withdrawal is still in "pending" state

- T&C says withdrawal is completed within 3 business days. I initiated it on 06 Jan 2025, which is Monday, and today is a Friday, so 3 days have already passed

- Upon contacting chat, all they say is they are sorry for the delay, and they are working on it.

- No issues, timeframes, requests were specified during the conversation or the process.

- Make Spinanga process my withdrawal
